We worked closely with our MAKE VP to understand and align on expectations and agreed project structure and teams i.e. MAKE Leadership and MAKE Strategy Development Team. We designed and gained Sponsor and MAKE Leadership agreement to a rapid briefing approach throughout the project.
Team Creation & Building and Strategy Development:
To create a high performing team and prepare to build out the key components of the future vision, mission and strategic priorities, we designed and facilitated a series of highly interactive workshops. Each had focused on different parts of the strategy development journey and built on the previous as follows:
